PLEASE READ THIS USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (“AGREEMENT”) CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING CONTENT AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE OR FREE DOWNLOAD FROM JILLIAN ADRIANA DESIGN.

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Jillian Adriana Design hereby grants to you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access content strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. “Access” includes the purchase of, or download, of any content made available on this site whether paid or free. Any violation of this Agreement could result in but not limited no right to refund of monies paid and/or criminal prosecution or filing of civil lawsuit.

You may purchase the templates, worksheets, and guides, as well as access free downloadables only for your personal purposes. You understand the purchased and/or downloaded content may be used to build your brand or business with this license, however, the content included in both purchased content and free downloadable documents are not to be modified or resold for similar purposes including but not limited to live events, workshops, webinars, info-products, or ecourses unless expressly authorized in writing by Jillian Adriana Design using the contact information available in the Copyright README.

Any sharing or unauthorized use of the content shall be considered a violation of Jillian Adriana Design’s intellectual property rights in a manner of which monetary damages would not be sufficient and all legal remedies shall be pursued.

UNAUTHORIZED COPYING, REPRODUCTION, REPUBLISHING, UPLOADING, DOWNLOADING, DISTRIBUTING, FORWARDING, POSTING, SUMMARIZING, TRANSMITTING OR DUPLICATING ANY OF THE MATERIAL IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

Nothing in this Agreement grants or transfers to you or to any third party any ownership rights in Jillian Adriana Design content, including but not limited to copyright or any other intellectual property rights related to the underlying templates including trademarks to logos, phrases and branding elements.

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and all prior agreements, representations, statements, and undertakings, oral or written, are hereby expressly superseded and canceled.

BY PURCHASING OR DOWNLOADING THE CONTENT YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND ACCEPT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT.
